I genuinely love this channel. I’ve been an at home baker for a few years now, always relying on online recipes. I feel like now, it is easier to visualize how the foods come together and understand the differences, and for that, thank you very much.
Agreed 💯
I do wish he could share ratios in his videos. Want to actualy recreate his recipes.
@@ZeroBodyProductions His recipes are in the description for all three methods! 🍪
@@ZeroBodyProductions i think he’s making a recipe book soon!
Agreed.
AND he left all the recipes in full in the description
I love this man
He genuinely care about what he’s making and is selfless in his work
May he thrive and grow!
I don’t even see a description 💀

Y’know they never said you had to choose one… 😌

Baking is really like chemistry and this channel proves it
Baking IS chemistry
Baking literally is chemistry
I don’t think there’s any better baking CZcams content especially in the shorts format
try the dude who makes grilled cheese sandwiches
@@jakethesnake980 thats not baking
@@jakethesnake980 !!!
I've never had Blondies but they seem pretty good I will try them when I get a chance
1k likes thank you everyone
Do yourself a favor and _brown_ the butter rather than just melt it. Makes a huge difference, for the better!
Ikr!
@@seraeggobutterworth5247second this! Toasted milk powder will add a similar flavor, too.
@@Nikki0417 I only learned about toasted milk powder recently and still haven’t tried it yet. Something to look forward to!
@@seraeggobutterworth5247 Try both the brown butter and toasted milk powder together for a super incredible outcome. 😂 It gives you a super boogie expensive bakery results for little effort. If you use them both in cookies make a huge batch and freeze the rest and bake as you want them. It gives an incredible extra special rich result and even top restaurants freeze their cookie dough for at LEAST 3 days minimum before baking. It gives all the dry ingredients time to fully hydrate and gives the cookie dough time to mature. And you always have cookies on demand. 😂 Win win. But you definitely should add brown butter and toasted milk powder. Once you make your giant batch you simply split into the desired size of dough balls and freeze. Then just pull them out and bake as required. 😂
I've been wanting to make blondies with butterscotch chips for a while now... Maybe this is a sign to try!
It's excellent. I also recommend white chocolate chips and craisins 👌
were they good? I’ve had a bag of butterscotch bits in my pantry that my mom bought be during a sale a while back…. I’ve never made blondies before either!
If you did this already... do it again because I'm sure it was awesome. 😂
People always compare blondies to brownies but I’ve never seen someone compare blondies to cookies!
The Great British Baking Show music is my childhood
i was going to comment the same thing!!!
@@n0odlebvg4 ♥
i knew it from practically the first note :] I used to watch it with my mom all the time
It’s honestly amazing how much more learning value your 1 min shorts have compared to so many other long form videos.
God, i love this channel
I gotta make that chocolate chip cookie cake!
The best baking channel on CZcams
Not only did he show the difference between each desert he ALSO left ALL the the ingredient measurement AND the recipe on how to bake it right !
Thanks to you, I'm making blondies tonight! Your priceless baking tips are highly valued and appreciated! 🍪🏆✨
Ooooh but I’m gonna need the recipes to all 3

@@sunnyblossom_711Thank you for teaching me something new today :)
This guy's videos bring me such immense joy
He's got this nice aura to him that puts me in a position of relaxation and excitement at the same time
I hadn’t realized how it was possible for the food wars characters to audibly moan at the sight of food until now
First time hearing of "blondies"
Look up brownie blondie, absolutely divine!😋
I love these types of channels where I actually learn something and doesn't cause brain rot.
Dude is like Alton Brown and Mizz Frizzle.
I love "Good Eats" and "Magic School Bus". 😂
Alton also gives the recipes and scientific explanations.
He has recipes for thin and crispy, cakey and chewy cookies.
The chocolate chip cake looks the best 😍
Personally, I melt the butter for my chocolate chip cookies as well. I like the texture of the finished cookie (it’s more chewy) and it’s easier than softening the butter. But to each their own- you really can’t go wrong with a chocolate chip cookie 🍪 😋
From one Benjamin to another, thank you for putting the recipes in the description 🙏🏻 you're a stud
Hehe, using the deli container's lid for the butter is a trick that I use too. Also good for scaling small amounts of spices if one doesn't want to dirty a bowl and has already used the matching deli container for other ingredients!
Great idea! I didn’t consider using them for weighing spices
Three totally different, but equally excellent desserts
As an European I never had, I never heard of a blondie before
tastes like a cookie, eats like a brownie
Basically a brownie but instead of an intense chocolate flavour it tastes like a cookie
love this video Keep up the great work
😒Great! Now I want anything chocolate chip!! 😂😂😂To the kitchen
That blondie recipe turned out perfectly. My wife and I became her coworkers' favorite people because of that recipe.
Dude, I feel so bad for the girl. Imagine having to drop out of school and hurt yourself and going into a deep depression because of a predator. I hope she’s doing better.
Easily one of the best cooking channels anywhere
Consistent quality and style, high quality information, great voice over and full recipes in the description, legitimately flawless
Amazing stuff
Very useful content thank you for your work
I absolutely love blondies. Thank you.
Blondies are so effin good
This is really cool!
I prefer a really chewy cookie.
Kind of like how bread has a 'chew' to it.
So much information in shortest amount of time. The most efficient and informative channel on YT. 🎉
I love how you present these. I've shown your videos while subbing in a culinary class before! You're so direct with the information, should make a tv series honestly.
Your videos are incredible! I love how you provide such detailed comparisons of different baked goods, it's so interesting to learn about the differences. Keep up the great work!
So grateful to have such as in depth and passionate channel about baking
I was making cookie cakes back in the 90s!
anyone else notice how he always uses the great British baking show theme?
Store bought cookie cakes were always so disappointing, when I made my own it was a whole new world… a legit giant nonflat cookie. Now whenever I don’t know what to get someone I just make them a cookie cake!
The fact that you write all your recipes makes you awesome like on another level thank you so much I hope you know you’re appreciated
Yet another banger of a video! I already feel ready for the Great British Bake-off
For months i saw your videos in my shorts, i love them and the recipies you leave. It is time i subscribe already.
Add 100% less of the dry and wet ingredients, then add a lot of of chocolate to get a bowl of chocolate.
I love this channel it amazing!
probably one of my favorite channels, one day im gonna get up and just open this channel and make something
You're such a gem man
have i ever baked a day in my life? no. will i ever use this information? probably not. But will I continue to watch this dudes videos every time i see them? Absolutely !
This is the only channel on CZcams that I’ve seen get absolutely 0 hate. My man really does everything right when it comes to educational content creation.
.... Ohhhhh because *brown*ie! I get it!
I love you for acknowledging how expensive books are outside the US
Bro is literally cooking Masterpiece videos everyday ❤❤
That cookie look so good 🤤
This was so simple and highly informative
Thank you for the effort you put into your videos! They are really helpful!
All of these look delicious.
This will change how I bake! Now I'll be able to replicate the best cake type cookie I have ever had! Thank you Benjamin! 😊
Bro im drooling just looking at those things. They look delicious
The way I want these SO BAD right now. 😍
PLEASE make long form videos. I hate watching shorts but I love your stuff.
You're amazing Benjamin
This guy is the only person who knows how to make Mom‘s food and actually make it taste good
Blondies are my FAVORITE sweet ever
Brown butter blondies sound exquisite
These really help! Thank you
Why is this short so satisfying to watch😭😭
Made the cookies and they were fire. Keep up the great content!

This explains why I LOVE chocolate chip cookies but hate the texture of chocolate chip cookie cakes
You’re amazing man

Huh so that's 🤔 ❓️ how my favorites 😍 get made lol yhx fir sharing 😊 ❤🎉
The british baking show music is so nostalgic for me ☺️
I like all of them.
I love baking. Started with baking cookies. Finally made my first successful trial at making brown butter cookies a while back. I think of opening a bakery one day, but it's still just a thought rn
This channel is a good mine, and this dude is a god.
The GBBO music just perfectly tops this off
idk what a blondie is but i love it lol, looks like a brookie and ts is goated
Thanks for the recipes! My sister adores chocolate chip cookies, but I've been struggling to find a recipe that satisfies me.
I don't enjoy baking something I'm not fully happy with, and I've been trying several recipes in hope to find one that's okay with me as well. I'm gonna give yours a try :D❤
i always wait for your new video
i dont even bake but i love this channel sm
Ive never seen a chocolate chip cake before!
The cookie cake looks so good
This made me realise that brownies and bloodies are named after their colour
I thought the difference between all these desserts was just the shape lol. Granted I’ve never had a cookie cake or blondie before
Thank you!
I’ve never had a blondie and now I want to try one
