    I’m following you from Sault Ste. Marie, ON. I am finishing up my last semester of outdoor recreation in college and visiting each province and territory is on my bucket list. Ever since I’ve seen your videos it’s somewhere I want go.
    I actually looked at doing my coop up there and realized accommodations were going to be a problem. One day though :)
    I can’t wait to see what comes next in your adventures...

    You inspired me and I took a job in Igloolik. I think we experienced colder temperatures a bit earlier than you did. It seems like forever since I saw fall colours.

    Hi… I’m watching from Connecticut, USA. I stumbled upon the Iqaluit band, “The Trade-Offs” and that how I came to focus in on this city 😊. I’m 59 and I hang commercial wallcoverings (wallpaper) in down town Boston every day. I am also a lifetime musician and wanted to support local music in remote places so… I bought the “Trade-offs” music on iTunes…. Thanks for your videos! I wish we were there with you 😉

    Hi Evan, I always wanted to teach in Iqaluit, a totally different place. I'd love to learn about the Inuit and help the kids there. I'm Ontario qualified. I teach english and german to new immigrants in Bavaria, Germany. I've got 2nd language learning experience. Do the kids speak english and Inuk with you ? Thanks and great videos

    • @Evantures
      @Evantures  Před rokem +1

      Hi Fiona! It truly is. Your position sounds interesting too!
      After 6 years up here I am still learning as much Inuktitut as I can!
      There's 2 streams in Iqaluit (Inuktitut or English) up until grade 5.
      After that, only english stream with Inuktitut second language classes for Grade 5-12
      In the smaller communities (Coral harbour, Igloolik etc..) theres definitely more Inuktitut speaking students.
      thanks for watching!
      Evan
