Hmm I haven’t seen this issue before. Maybe they store those pieces somewhere else. If it’s a small package it won’t be much in charges and sometimes I don’t mind 🤍

Yes I have lots of their shoes and I haven’t had any issues with them. I find them pretty comfy, obviously some more than others depending if it’s a heel. 🙌🏼
