I dont know if you will see this or not, as most comments are a year old. Im wondering if you have a stitch count idea if i would use a 3 weight yarn? Ive been gifted quite a bit & think it would make pretty doll clothes. Also, the completed samples you show at the beginning look like the yarn is not as thick as the peach you are using. Is this the case, or is it just camera angles? Thank you! These tutorials are wonderful!!! ~Liz

Most of the dresses are using 4 weight yarn. But if you use a hook size up, it may work.
Do you only go on the back stitch for row 2?
For row 2 is should be a normal hdc.

I do not use a message tape. My dresses are made for an 18" doll and a 14" doll.
