Btw, my only critique would be that you may want to do more coverage of cars other than primarily the street outlaws. Many folks like myself are tired of a lot of the drama queen episodes coming out of their show in the recent past.

I miss seeing Kamikaze on Street Outlaws. Is Jackie ever going to get that truck running great.
It is cool seeing the truck out and still trying at these events, but man I've never seen it work good yet or do anything that was impressive since Dave had it. And that's a shame, because it would be an awesome story for Jackie to say he kept it at the same level that Dave had it at. But it just goes to show how good Dave is with managing a race car and the maintenance involved (and the driving part).

Kinda wish Chris would have left the Elco the way Flip had it. I understand wanting to keep up with the others but the Elco was sick and wicked the way it used to be. Him and Farmtruck could have been gate keepers. Chris is still trying to get all the new updates working with each other so it's gonna take some time but he will get it there. Keep the videos coming.
Thank you! I'm assuming Kamikaze wanted to put his own footprint on the car to keep his interest in it rather than just driving around a living legend kind of car. Just my opinion though.

@tomeighty is it just me or does anyone else feel sad that KAMAKAZI took the zoomy headers off the elco! Those glorious p51 mustang inspired headers comin outta the fenders is one thing that made that car so awesome. I know its turbo now. But if daddy dave can run zoomies with a procharger. Cmon guys he could have made them work on the elco. Dont cha think?
Yeah that exhaust coming out originally was so awesome and I had never seen anything like that before. But if you think about it, there is a new owner to the car and I'm sure he wants to put his own "cool" touches on it to make it his own. So I like it both ways, because the new twin turbo setup is so crazy looking that it deserves some credit as a work of art in its own. Thanks for watching and commenting Jax! TomEighty
I agree but paying tribute to FLIP RIP. Is important to. Everyone knows its flips car. And i love the changes chris has made he took it to the next level where flip left off. I wonder sometimes if flip was still here would he have built something even crazier. But that fender exit exhaust was so loud and gangsta as hell. Just wish he would have kept that one part the same. No one else has that exhaust like flip did. Just go back and watch the video on youtube of flip getting gangster on the dyno and u’ll see how sick that exhaust is! :) love the channel. Keep it up man.

Seems like ever since kamikaze went big tire he hasn't done well. It's a decent change than he went twin turbo. Seems like he's plague by problems could be his crew also.
It might just be he doesn't have deep enough pockets to get the best of the best on everything of that car. Baby steps I'm sure when trying to get to the top. It is still exciting to see the El Camino everytime he comes up to the line.
Barefoot Ronnie is an MMA fighter as well as a street outlaw drag racer.

Suspension is rite.Too much bouncing after initial launch.

I was going to post something similar. Loading and unloading as he goes down track = not fast.
That's what i observed as well. Car launches pulls the wheels comes down and unloads the rear suspension. Looks like it's making power on the top end and is staying even with the other cars. It just won't 60' properly. Would be good close racing if they can get it off the line.

I'm so happy for him he has come along way since Chief first put him in the slut, I would like to know the story of how he obtained the car ,if Chief gave it to him or he bought it, just Wondering seems like it would make a great story
I do believe the elco was in Chiefs name. Hence after Flips death it got delegated to the shed. I'm assuming Chris paid him something for the car. How much is the question.
I'm sure that would be an interesting story. But in the end it is between Kamikaze and Chief on the details. I'm just glad to see it out and someone taking pride in the car. It is pretty cool.
