i was searching for an elevator cart image from the outside like this for years and i finally found something that lets me see the elevator from the outside

Nice of the mechanic to allow you to ride the top of the elevator! I noticed they filled a void in the shaftwall with masonry. It looks big enough for a door. The concrete shaft is quite smooth on the inside, as a structural engineer I quite like how they have recessed the guiderail mounts (UNP profile sections) into the walls.
