Such a lovely and comfy 👀 looking home is truly beautiful shown throughout the house by the attached 🎥 video show.👌↗Each house that I have seen by the advertiser shown in the attached 🎥; are really beautiful houses of some may have it's differences in built smaller or bigger and or some of the houses shown may have more built-in house luxury and or more built-outside luxury to the house, but, there are some people that don't desire a big house, but, prefer a small or regular size/medium houses that are also beautiful with built-in and outside luxury regarding the house while some people do for a bigger house in fairness to each are his and or her own choice of their desire or care to have or not have certain luxury in regards to their housing choice for different reasons of persons are in fairness.😘

You did a great job. I personally like the upstairs without the open space in the middle because I think of it as wasted space where another room could be.
Thank you Marilyn! And with this model you actually do have the option to make that open space a room instead if you want. It's fairly inexpensive as well too.
KB needs to update their bathroom sinks for more modern ones. A new construction with these sinks is a deal breaker, because the house is not cheap.
Great suggestion!! As a matter of fact, you will have that option to upgrade the sinks to something way fancier at the design studio. One if the good things with KB. They still keep the design studio process where as alot of other builders are getting rid of that.

Such a beautiful home. It's light and airy with lots of great space. Loved the color of the cabinets - well, all the finishes blended very well together. I'd use the bedroom downstairs as my office. I wonder when they are going to sell this model? I'd take all of it as is. I could always create focal walls in some of the rooms and maybe have someone put a trim or similar in the living and dining ceiling to give the look of a tray ceiling?
I definitely prefer this builder compared to Park square.

Four bedrooms and three and a half baths would be preferable or either four bath. Two baths in a four-bedroom home is a pain in the ass.
