Exercises for upper thigh pain in Hindi. This is the best exercises or stretch that can be used for thigh pain. It would give you a good relief and would provide good stretch on the femoral nerve. These exercises can be done with a helper or self stretch can be using weights. Femoral nerve is the common reason for upper thigh pain and I hope this exercise help you in pain relief

I heard since my childhood that whenever we have any problem then God send anybody to help us and thanks to God and you mam for helping me. Bcoz I was suffering from pain in my quads . I m doing weight training. There was less pain but numbness for some seconds in my thighs. I tried your explained exercise nd now I got well. Thank you soooooo much mam🙏

Doc, I fell down a few months back and since then I've been having pain in my left leg foot and thighs. Foot pain is not that bad, but near thighs when I walk or try to stand I suddenly feel a strong pull and that's unbearable. It's affecting my walking style. Try this streching as shown in the video with the help of someone...also do the strengthening of quadriceps muscle along with the stretching
Also apply hot fermentation over the painful area ...may be this could help you

So you can do this anytime ,2-3 times a day with 2-3 repeatations at a time
