    Exercises for upper thigh pain in Hindi. This is the best exercises or stretch that can be used for thigh pain. It would give you a good relief and would provide good stretch on the femoral nerve. These exercises can be done with a helper or self stretch can be using weights. Femoral nerve is the common reason for upper thigh pain and I hope this exercise help you in pain relief

    I heard since my childhood that whenever we have any problem then God send anybody to help us and thanks to God and you mam for helping me. Bcoz I was suffering from pain in my quads . I m doing weight training. There was less pain but numbness for some seconds in my thighs. I tried your explained exercise nd now I got well. Thank you soooooo much mam🙏

    Thank you sooooooo much doctor.. my wife suffered with sever leg pain for 2 days, she was unable to walk also.. we tried this and she immediately noticed difference in 2 mins.. then she became completely normal after a short sleep. Thank you for making this video.. God bless you :)

      @@KDPhysio mam muje arthritis ki problem hai but ab arthritis v normal hai but mere dono knee me jakran hai or knee thore se joint v hai maine chair ke upr bath neeche juk gya tha jis ki waja se mere kuhle me se hadi kishk gyi ab bahar ki tref thori bohut pain hoti ,hadi apni jageh wapis aa jawegi asa krne se

    It works, been suffering for the past 2 days, limping, immediately afterwards I could walk normally, still there's pain but at least I can walk thanks

    Doctor, is it normal to feel constant tingling/pain in the inner thigh-hip area even when resting? I'm just trying to understand if this is what I'm suffering from & if the exercises will help relieve the pain. Thank you so much for making these videos!

    Thank you madam for such a easy stretch, to relieve pain. But I have one issue, I can’t take my another leg towards chest, as I have heavy knee pain in both knees. What’s solution for this problem?

    Doc, I fell down a few months back and since then I've been having pain in my left leg foot and thighs. Foot pain is not that bad, but near thighs when I walk or try to stand I suddenly feel a strong pull and that's unbearable. It's affecting my walking style. I went to physiotherapist but it didn't help much. Can you please please suggest some exercises. It will be a great help for me🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Try this streching as shown in the video with the help of someone...also do the strengthening of quadriceps muscle along with the stretching
      Also apply hot fermentation over the painful area ...may be this could help you

      So you can do this anytime ,2-3 times a day with 2-3 repeatations at a time
