#TranexamicAcid #fragrancefree #kbeauty - Jak na to + styl
the Hada Labo Shirojyun premium lotion moist is my go to tranexamic acid product. it's so hydrating like all the hydrating toners from Hada Labo, and it's easy to fit into a packed skincare routine. i use it twice daily and still it's such an affordable product in my routine.
Where can a person purchase the Haba Labo product?
â@@valerieburton4583yesstyle has it along with many other of the hada labo products :)
I am a long time follower. I don't comment often, but I always leave a like. I just wanted to say I absolutely LOVE your backgrounds. You keep them simple and don't have a tons of products in the background. My adhd kicks in and I find myself looking at people's shelves more than listening to what they are saying. Anywhooooo..... love and appreciation your content đ
Always excited when I see you a post a video! Youâve changed my skincare game!!
I'm so happy to know my videos have helped you!â€ïž
Finally somebody noticed my HG Isntree onion gel cream, thank you Kelly!!!! I absolutely love everything about this cream! Even though I knew it wouldn't be enough for my dry skin, I still wanted to try and see the benefits of onion ..and I'm so glad I did! I use it as a first night moisturiser just before applying my night cream or my sleeping mask, and it works wonders on hyperpigmentation, brightness and even texture. I'm already on my 3rd tube and have a backup as well, cause I can't live without it. I really want to try the onion toner pads but they are so expensive, I think I'll wait for an offer or something.
You are always my go-to for skincare recommendations! Thank you for your content! đâ€đđ»
As I continue to watch the videoâŠI, too, am working on sun damage. Can you share the products that you are currently using for that? Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for your great channel, Kelly! I love the Revolution Skincare Blemish Resurfacing & Recovery 2% Tranexamic Acid Serum. Especially the day after the application of retinol, retinal etc... :)
I have Tranexamic acid in my Curology rx in order to reduce the redness in my face. My skin type doesn't get hyperpigmentation but is so red that the last thing I want is to brighten it..lol.. I think it's fascinating that TA can do such different things depending on your skin type! But I highly recommend it for those looking to tone down the redness from sun damage or light rosacea. Love your videos, Kelly!
I love tranexamic acid! I use the inkeylist. I use it for weekend and then take a small break. I Can see a difference very fast.
Love the texture !
Excellent video Kelly, like you I also find most types of Vitamin C irritate my skin until I found Holifrog Sunnyside C Glow Serum. I use this every morning and it does not irritate or make my skin red. It has a 15% Vitamin C combo, 3% Tranexamic Acid and 2% Niacinamide and whole lot of other goodies. đ
Hi Kelly! Just recently found your channel and Iâm loving it! I think you are the closest to my skin tone !! Curious if you have tried faded from topicals ? It has TA and Tons of other nice ingredients for hyperpigmentation. Thanks!
kelly's videos are like hugs
I've been using the cos de Baja tranexamic acid with both of their vitamin c serums, love them and seeing results, I also use the Benton aloe and green tea toner in between the serums and top it withKlairs vitamin e cream\mask.đ
Thank you Kelly! Have you tried Topicals Faded serum? It has worked wonders for my skin and has tons of brightening ingredients
The best I've tried is facetheory exaglow serum đ„° so many good ingredients and the t-acid is at 5% so it's super fast working
I use Facetheory's Exaglow serum (5% tranexamic acid), and I love it. I can never be without it!
A'pieu's Mulberry Blemish Clearing Ampoule is a really great & affordable tranexamic acid product imo. I'm really interested in trying the Isntree cream now though!
I just wanted to say hi and I'm still enjoying your videos very much. Thanks for the info and all the hard work. đđŸ
Thank you, so glad you enjoy them!â€ïž
Another great video from you, Kelly! Still don't understand how you don't have a gazillion more followers yet! Love tranexamic acid - I ran out of my serum with it (+azelaic+arbutin) for 2 months and could definitely see my skin was missing it!
Awww thank you! I don't know what I'd do without tranexamic acid, now my skin knows it's so good!đ
What is that serum? :o
Iâm also wondering what serum youâre talking about?
Where can a person purchase this product?
an underrated tranexamic acid product is naturiums Multi-Bright Tranexamic Acid Treatment 5%. It has 5% Tranexamic acid (like the name says), 1% encapsulated kojic acid (making it less irritating, great if u have sensitive skin), 1% alpha-arbutin (i think we all know this one by now) and acetyl glucosamine. The texture of this formula is so nice and it glides on sooo smoothly
Absolutely love tranexamic acid and i'm glad its been slowly getting the hype it deserves!!! I love the Hada Labo Shirojyun Premium Lotion which also has tranexamic acid! Great video as always Kelly â€ïž
That hada labo has been in my wishlist for some time!đ
Hello.... can i use moisturizer after use tranexamic acid???
Love my tranexamic acid paired with kojic acid, heard a lot about it being an ideal combo! The Naturium 5% is like $20 and super light, gentle, and affordable âșïž hoping to try the one with tranexamic acid and arbutin in it!
Same!!! Iâm using the Naturium 5% now & getting the one with AA next. I wouldâve just gone with that one first (I have plenty of niacinamide in everything else) but I didnât realize it existed.
I have the tranexamic acid from the inkey list, itâs awesome!
Will add this into my routine. Just have to figure out which one.
Great Video Kelly
I love tranexamic acid!! This stuff has changed my skin!!
I'm proud to be using a product from my country that is formulated with 4 great brightening ingredients: 3% tranexamic acid, 5% niacinamide, alpha arbutin, and undecylenoyl phenylalanine (an amino acid that inhibits melanine creation). The brand is Soul Apothecary and the product is their Radiance Boost Serum. I have before and after pics to document my skin's improvement with this product and I can really see how much it helped! Hope to see you try it one day.
I wish YT allowed pix. I'm truly interested.
I just looked it up. 295.00 ? Am I looking at the wrong product? I went to the site and searched radiance boost serum and almost fell off my couch
@@lindaalbergo1 lol
@@lindaalbergo1 Yup! That's the 15ml one though. I get the 30ml bottle which is 450 pesos or about 8 dollars. :) Edit: Whoops it's actually 550 pesos @_@
My favorite product with tranexamic acid is definitely the Regimen labs level serums. Without a doubt Iâve seen the most benefit from this serum of all the ones Iâve tried. Iâve bought this 3x which is saying a lot for me because I donât usually stick to one product. I use it 2x a day no matter what and see significant lightening in sun spots and age spots. It has 5% niacinimide and several other melanin inhibitors (way more than Iâve found in one product) as well as 2% alpha arbutin, and several others.
I agree, itâs a great product. I keep going back to it.
I fund that lactic acid has proven the best thing for my skin. The glow is beautiful. I need something like an acid to brighten my skin.
Same. Sunday Rileys is phenomenal
Love tranexamic acid!
By the way:What do you think of the CELIMAX dual barrier line? Looks like you might like it!
love the Facetheory Exaglow serum (5% tranexamic acid) combined with Timeless 20% Vitamin C serum. seen a lot of lightening on hyperpigmentation with this pair.
Kelly, love your videos so much and wondering if thereâs a reason you havenât been posting a third video a week like you sometimes dođą been binge watching some of your older videos as I love your content that much!
Do you apply them together
@@chosenandblessed9040 Hi there, yes I do and still am
@@niklaus009 thank you so much
Thanks, there is also Faded by Topicals which has 3%....
have you tried the jumiso all day brightening and balancing serum? it has ascorbic acid in it, but itâs a really gentle formula. donât know how much vitamin c it has in it though. donât know how well it works on hyperpigmentation either since i only used 1 bottle of it. it didnât do anything bad to my skin though, and it was gentle enough to use on days that my skin was irritated from other products.
Another great Tranexamic acid serum thatâs cheaper is Puress 5% tranexamic acid. Itâs 9.99$ on Amazon and has niacinimide kojic acid licorice panthenol and Iâve used it since June itâs fantastic! I usually put 2 drops into regimen labs level that one has 3% so I just do it anyway lol
$9.99
early haha. also keep up the amazing work!đâ€
You should try the skin1004 brightening capsule ampoule It has tranexamic acid also niacinamide and ethyl ascorbic acid worth the hype truly
Can I use this if I take pills for acne like isotretinoid (idk how to spell that) like that? I have active acne and scars and dark spots uu
Kelly great video!
I wanna know your thoughts on keep cool toner. I adored it beyond anything and since the brand is dead. I need a dupe. Please you are the only one whom i can trust when it comes to toners. None of em are quite as hydrating đ
Bazzaalbox still has some bottles
I've been happy with the make prem essence toner, that's been my go to for the last few years. Recently tried Roundlab dokdo toner and it's fabulous. I have 2 toner videos you can check for non keep cool recs! (Top 5 toners and the one I just did last week).
@@KellyDriscoll thanks a tonne I'll check them outâ€ïž
Thank ou so much for this! Do you know what % of tranexamic acid is in the Isntree Onion Newpair Gel Cream? Thanks!
Iâve recently started using the Extraglow serum from Facetheory and really find the formula quite elegant. It has some niacinamide and ascorbyl glucoside alongside the tranexamic acid and works splendid as a day serum. Already seen some fading of acne scars and Iâm not even that consistent because thereâs too much to use right now :)
(Queen newyork natural 7 in 1 white and super bright serum) contsins 5% tranexamic acid and is very effective
Perfect timing! I was actually looking for some tranexamic acid product to add to my routine. The Isntree seems like a nice option for night time - any note on using it paired with Retinol on the same routine?
You absolutely could pair it with retinol, especially if you are a more advanced user and your skin takes to retinol well.
@@KellyDriscoll Thank you so much Kelly â€ïž
Sorry to jump in, I just wanted to say that it works perfectly with retinol. I use it for months now together with my Versed retinol and it has done wonders on my hyperpigmentation and texture ;)
@@19MJ58 Thank so much for sharing! I will definitely give this one a try ;)
â@@19MJ58hey... Which one do u use first? Retinol ir tranexamic acid? Cause they both say apply on clean face
Hi Kelly! Wondering if you have tried the azeliac acid from inkey list, I think Iâm like you when it comes to texture and besides the ordinary one I wanted to try another affordable option. Hope you have a great day!
The Revox one is also a great option, same price point as TO but a more elegant formula.
Typology azelaic for the win!!!!
The paulas choice discoloration serum is amazing but of course soo pricey
If Iâm using COSRXâs Snail Essence, should I use the Paulaâs Choice Discoloration Serum before or after?
what is the best first essence and toner for combo acne prone skin that can get dry from retin-a? i am currently using either the missha artemesia essence or the missha time revolution essence. then toner wise im using cosrx cica or the april skin artemesia toner. r those good or is there anything better
I get tranexamic acid in my Curology formula đ
Is tranexamic acid good for PIE RED MARKS SCARS? Which one of these best effective for this
Please do a review on hada labo sensitive skin lotion. It contains tranexamic acid.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for your on going generous support, Shari!đâ€ïž
I got the the inkey list tranexamic acid serum to see if it was okay for my skin. It was scary how quickly it faded some of my freckles.
I want to buy inkey list tranexamic acid night treatment but its out of stock , so i am planning to buy its serum.. will that be same in results?đ
Hey Kelly, have you try the fade cream? If so, what are your thoughts? Thanks!
What is the fade cream? I know of a few. đ
Thanks for the video, I'm so keen to try more products with tranexamic acid in. I've got the onion repair cream which I slug with! Kelly, can you use tranexamic acid with copper peptides? Specifically the high dose niod serum?
Nothing against Tran acid, I just need to find the right product that has this ingredient, that feels good on my skin.
Has anyone tried Dearskin tranex? Itâs quite reasonably priced. No fragrance.
My skin hates vitamin c too! Like many other ingredients.... such a pain.
Can u use tranexamic Acid for longer-term?
Hi Kelly
Ummm the tranexamic inkey list Serum I use is a clear gel type when pumped out definitely not the orange colour you showed on your video .
I'm so confused đ
I only bought mine a couple of months ago.
Is that a new reformulated release???
Sometimes even vitamin c derivatives (which this has in it)after a while do turn a darker color, hers may be a bit older or had been sitting in the shelf longer. Iâve had several derivatives that Iâve held onto, only to come back a year later and find it oxidized.
Mine was clear too!
My sun damage comes in the form of white patches vs. Dark patches. I've been told I have very little melanin in my skin. I'm very fair. Will this help even out the white patches?
can I use the inkey list tranexamic acid serum after using differin at night?
Awesome đ
Glow Recipe have a blog post about the guava serum on their site and it says it contains 1.1% tranexamic acid.
I saw that one too, just wasn't sure of it's accuracy as I've not seen that % stated in any official source.
@@KellyDriscoll I actually emailed them regarding the percentages of vitamin C and tranexamic acid, and they confirmed this number is correct!
Do you know how much tranexamic acid is in the isntree moisturiser?
can i use panoxyl and inky list tranexemic together?
have you tried the discoloration correcting serum with cetyl tranexamate mesylate from good molecules yet?
Yes I reviewed it back in 2020 I think! It's also in some other brightening videos of mine, good stuff!
Paula's Choice is having a sale right now if anyone wants to splurge on that serum. $42 on sale. Is Paula's Choice really worth it? Thinking of splurging...
Iâm seeing this comment quite late - I can say I switched to the Paulaâs Choice azelaic acid some time ago and it was amazing on my moderately severe rosacea! Although theyâre costly Iâm going to try more from the brand as soon as Iâm able!!âŁïžđđđ€
A little off subject but can anyone recommend a good Korean compact cushion brand that doesnât use titanium dioxide in it ? It seems so many products use this ingredient that itâs hard to get away from it .
â€â€
Can I use tranexamic acid as a spot treatment?
I tried the inkey list Tran acid treatment. It was terrible. It was sticky and I didn't enjoy it, I threw it out.
Why didnât you mention naturiums tranexamic acid
đ
Hello...can i use moisturizer after use tranexamic acid.....
It's safe to use moisturizer???
Please please please tell me
Yes of course, use your moisturizer!
can we use it if still have active acne?
so hard to find a mild resurfacing product!
Yes! Itâs not like an aha or bha etc it wonât irritate the skin
Yes as Angeline said, it's not an exfoliating acid, this is purely for brightening. It pairs well with azelaic acid or BHA.
Does the agency dark spot formula still work for you?
Yes it does, only thing is you have to cycle on and off with the hydroquinone. I'm currently cycled off it right now.
Me too. Vitamin c is overrated for my skin. I'm a melanined skin toned.
Everyone is a âmelanined skin tonedâ as everyone produces melanin lol. Some just produce more than others, but regardless everyone has it. Just say youâre a POC đ
But...I don't have any discolouration!
... Then don't use it?
Here đȘ
Congrats! Then these products are not for you and you are not obligated to use them đ
Tranexamic does nothing for me sadly.
Mind telling what brand you used? Thanks :)
Kelly, why does your Inkey List Tranexamic Acid look ORANGE in this video???? It's supposed to be a white cream color. Not orange. I'm concerned you may have received one that was spoiled or expired. It just doesn't look right at all.
You look like cara Delevingne
Wow, thank you!đ
What sun damage are you talking about if youâve been using sunscreen for years ? Also how do you know that IT is the tranexamic acid that helped with dark pigmentation if you use Retinol and many other things that also are supposed to lighten the dark spots?
So these products worked for you. I have to take skincare advice with a grain of salt from skin influencers because I have found what works for you maybe not be suited for me. No shade. Just being realistic.
I mean, that is the right mindset to have with any recommendations from anyone including some dermatologist recommended products since with my own skincare journey, it had a lot to do with trial and error and just figuring out what worked best with my skin based on advices on what to look for in certain productsđ
@@haiqalkamaruzzamel495 true. But I have gotten skincare products from Kelly's suggestions and I did love â€ïž them, so I do listen to skincare influencer s
@@aprilneilson1163then your backhanded comment wasnât really necessary then, was it? It comes off quite dismissive and rude. Itâs common sense that any product out there isnât a one-size-fits-all. Even dermatologist recommendations arenât always right.
