Im working two jobs and LEGITIMATELY 55hrs at one and 30 hrs a week at the other in order to have a budget of $50k for a used 21’-23’ bay boat. Its killing me but its a hard goal that i have.

Yea I mean everything is expensive these days not just boats. $50k for 19ft welded boat is fair.
Not sure if you guys have em out West, but a great affordable no frills Center console...at least to me lol is a Maycraft 1900...absolutly love mine!!
They seem to have just what you need but not a bunch of accessories you don't need. They're probably affordable.
