What made Apex nice was it was a small town. Then 50,000 people moved here in five years and it takes an hour to drive across town in the middle of the day when it used to take less than five minutes

I am looking to go in that area soon to check it out. Also Cary. Are there rentals there or it more of house buying primarily? What is the cost of renting a house, or an apartment that is affordable or cheap. What areas should I stay away from?
Thanks for watching! You’re honestly not going to have a bad area in Cary or Apex. Both are great areas. And there are rentals in both areas. Acorn and Oak is a great rental agency in the area!
