Part of the percieved "cool guy" persona that Toast puts off is mostly just about his confidence in himself, his actions and even even his jokes. So even if he's acting cringe, he owns it. That's pretty much all it takes to be "cool". I mean, it also helps that he's decent looking, smart and successful, but we'll forget about all that.

I'm just happy that Toast is looking out for his mental health and finding more ways to enjoy life. I'm also happy that he was so candid in this video. I guess I just appreciate it in the midst of the chaos happening every day.

I think if I ever met my person, he would have Toast’s sense of humor. This is the type of humor I use in my classroom and a lot of kids don’t understand it and get offended by it. Very honest, self-deprecating, sarcastic, blunt, doesn’t sugar coat anything, and doesn’t truly want people to like them but likes the attention. I understand that feeling a lot. I like when my students compliment me but I don’t go out of my way for them to like me and I’m brutally honest.
