I don't know if this has been updated since this video, but on the workcenter card, the fields of cost/hour for workcenter and cost/hour for employee don't appear to be an or, they combine for a total workcenter/hour cost. I went and checked just now on one of our BOMS and the cost for an operation at the "gangrip" workcenter for 70 minutes of time was $127.04. We don't have employee cost set at the employee level but instead use a blanket cost set on the workcenter itself using the "cost/hour for employee" field. On this workcenter, the cost is $58.89/hour and the cost/hour for employee is set to $50. The total operation cost in this case being 127.08 for 70 minutes of work is comprised of the $58.89 * 70 minutes of work + $50 * 70 minutes of work.
I may have misinterpreted the video but it sounded like you use EITHER the cost/hour for workcenter OR the cost/hour per employee at the workcenter when I think it is actually the two value there add up for a total cost of the operations that use that workcenter.
