Ignited Bonnie is the best in my opinion. Not just because of the force and camera, but to me, it looks like more of him slamming the player's head into the floor as his hand isn't really closed into a fist in the last frame before lights out. But with how fast the cutscene ends, Bonnie still packs a powerful punch to where you have no time to react.
I like to think that in his jumpscare the punch doesn't kill you but the following impact on the ground with his hand still crushing you into it does
You know that punch obliterated his orbital bone and maybe his optic nerve which is why you see color 😅

I think it’s a variety of things that make the TJOC punch better. First, nothing is shown below the head making the face seem larger along with vigorous shaking from both Bonnie and the camera. Then Ignited Bonnie recoils back showing his arm (and therefore size & force) and punches you. It all ends with a satisfying bang and a black screen making Ignited Bonnie’s falcon punch the best.
Edit: also, the animation speed is only hastened for the important parts of the jumpscare, being the scream and the punch itself.

@Higuera ft Well, yeah. But the actual animatronics are both old/decrepit as well as they are really in disrepear (except toy Bonnie). Considering the OG Bonnie was built in the 80s, that's an old robot and must have some technical limitations.
The ignited varient has no limit cause it's an apperition, not a real physical piece of tech.

Ignited Bonnie is definitely the best imo, the way the others are animated are way too stiff and they move really slowly but that's understandable as animation is really hard to master especially 3d animation. Also, good animation is kinda a requirement in sandbox horror games so it makes us feel like we're actually interacting with these characters.
The best part about ignited Bonnie's punch is that foxy lifts you up and inspects you before you drop and die, Freddy bites you and looks over you, but Bonnie's jump scare sends you strait to black.
Actually foxy shoves his hook through your throat and keeps you up until you die and pretty sure Freddy just snaps you're kneck
I really love jumpscares like these because it at the very least shows what happens if you were to ever get caught by an animatronic.

I feel like all the animations are more effects that are just infront of the desk, but instead of a flat asset (also since a lack of desk), ignited Bonnie’s animation has more impact with the assumed slamming motion, then the wind up and the impact. Along with the sound design makes it the most meaningfully lethal in my eyes.

Ignited Bonnie’s hand is made out of metal, like hard metal and no layers, considering how big he is and how hard impact would be, that would basically be like being hit hard with a brass knuckle. Brass knuckles can be lethal and usually are, the noise that we hear whenever he punches you means that he more than likely broke your skull, killing you in the process. Talk about painful

With Ignited Bonnie, he wouldn’t bruise them; considering that the animatronics weigh hundreds of pounds, the fact that he wound up and put a shit ton of force into the punch, not to mention that he has no cushioning on his hands (just pure, sharp, stern metal), the sheer momentum behind that hit would punch a crater in your skull so large that the back of your head would cave in on itself. Your entire frontal lobe is dismantled, your optic nerve and brain are now a liquid-like substance dripping out of the hole in your face, and the rest of your head is shattered and falling apart. You literally wouldn’t feel a thing, as the punch is so strong that it would atomise the centre of the nervous system instantly upon contact. The only thing left of your head would be a mangled mandible, along with a fleshy pile of brain matter, chunks of flesh and skull fragments.

I would say that Ignited Bonnie tries to slam your head into the floor, but the initial grabbing and pushing has so much force it instantly smashes through the skull and when the player’s head does hit the ground, it just explodes as Bonnie’s hand is just metal, no padding from the suit, and a ton of hydraulic strength.

I like the Ignited Bonnie jumpscare from TJOC the best (because for the most obvious reason it's the best animated and best looking one). But what I like about it is that there's two versions if I'm not mistaken.
In the original Collection Survival Demo where you had to run around the basement and collect stuff while running and/or hiding from him I think his punch was a full on fist, but in the story mode version he slams his open palm into your head. That's not just a punch. If he actually balled up his fist and punched you it would've made a lot more of an impact than it sounds like it did. Despite the amount of drag that his open handed 'punch' creates he still puts enough force behind it to instantly kill you. Imagine what he could do if he was serious about it.
He wouldn't just punch you, he'd rip your head off like a Mortal Kombat fatality.

No it’s because Fnaf 2 open source was superior version, it was a much more polished experience and free, that’s why it got taken down, the creator then got the chance to be in the fan verse initiative, golden memory chapter 2 is unique because it doesn’t share any gameplay mechanics with Fnaf , it is entirely different

I feel ignited bonnie’s is the best because of the weight behind the punch, there are 3 phases to this jumps are, each shorter than the last. The scream, the punch, the aftermath. The scream is a standard FNAF scream, if you cut it right after it would just be a regular jumpscare, but then Bonnie pulls away revealing that his fist is in prime punching position, and that fist hits, and hits like a truck. And the aftermath is the lingering sound, just to extenuate the absolute power behind the punch
