he needs to create songs. singer composers ang mas mahaba ang buhay sa industriya sa ibang bansa. times are changing. you can't just sing other's song for the rest of your life. kung di niya kaya, partner with young composers. ganun lang. reinvent himself. dapat mey laging bago sa iyo to stay relevant else... limot na bayani ka na lang sa industriya.
His intelligence is what I admired him the most. The way he give advice and comments as Hurado in TNT iba eh. Ang linis. Sobrang linis.

Jed is just few miles from our home in Fundidor. I used to see them sing in our chapel in Fundidor and even saw him perform when he was still in a band. What a great journey it has been. Now im based in Florida and still watching him on ASAP and Tawag ng Tanghalan. Wishing you all the best Jed!

I remember I think it was a concert of Leah Salonga, he was intriduced by Leah as the most underrated singer in the Philippines. He has this unique voice na hirap gayahin. Pagka narinig mo alam mo si Jed yon, di mo mapagmalan sa iba. Hanga din ako sa kanya noon pa man. I am happy he's doing good still after all these years. Jed has a very strong and well-resonating head voice/falsetto. He has trained it to such huge extent that there is no noticeable yodel in his voice when he transitions from his chest to head registers. Good job jed. You have a heart of gold. Dont mind the haters.

No LOL. He is a high tenor, his passagio is much higher than most average tenors like Gary Valenciano, Erik Santos. And no Jed Madela barely mixes, all of his belt is in full voice
