- Hi friends, in this video I have covered my visit to ATS Homekraft Happy Trails project which is situated in Sector 10 Greater Noida (West).

The project is on a corner plot and the construction is presently at an advance stage. It's on mivan shuttering and construction appears to be good. Once fully developed it could be one of the most prime project in the sector.

It is better than Ace divino..
But they are quoting higher price
Layout and others are much better here. However, I don't think Divino is cheap either, infact they brand themselves as most expensive project in Greater Noida.

Possession date?
On paper to many buyers they have mentioned March-April 2024. But after seeing the progress of work in site if things goes ok may be by end of 2022 they will be able to give possession of the project.
Both the phases will be delivered together or only the first phase will be given in December sir?
@@anmoldogra8619 Exactly nothing written on papers. But as per the information given at site possession will start from June-July onwards and they trying to handover the entire project by end of this year. (But again I am clarifying that no such commitment has been given by builder in writing and in BBA of many buyers possession is mentioned as March-April 2024).
