I feel like CITRA is the only level on this list where you generally feel really uneasy even when it just comes to watching it

I'm a fairly old player and seeing Kowareta on the extended list pains me, what has this game come to...

If length is excluded from ranking, those level can stand much higher on the list

But length is one of the major factora in determining rank of the level

A level with Medium-length with insane timings and fast-paced won't stand higher with a XL level that requires less skills of those (Consistency dominates)
*UNLESS* skills difference are way too far (The Lost Existence and Wasureta, for example)
So ranking by difficulty of gameplay. Difficulty of completion unavoidably considers length

Also remember about challenge list, which have levels like VSC ( 20 seconds and probably harder than Slaughterhouse )
You have to condense the difficulty a bunch. It almost always sacrifices gameplay.
ive superbuffed vsc so that its 5 seconds and harder than beating every list demon first try in a row
1 second of VSC is probably harder than 1 second of Acheron
