Yeah, well not too long after this, Stephanie found out that Brooke was pregnant with Deacon Sharpe's child and Deacon was Bridget's husband at the time. With that information, Stephanie then had the deck stacked in her favor.

Within a year from now Brooke split her 51 percent of shares and gave Eric Forrester III (child of Deacon and Amber Moore's cousin Becky) 2 percent of the shares. Deacon voted those share to re-install Eric as CEO along with Stephanie, Eric, Ridge, Thorne (who voted for Felecia and Kristen).
All this was orchesterated by Stephanie, who had a guard put her in a trash can and then suddenly Brooke said she never wanted to fight in the first place, but wanted peace. Stephanie retaliated to conversation's like this that Brooke's idea of peace is that Brooke is doing what she wants, while Stephanie has keep her voice down. It was so fullfilling to watch Brooke's downfall and Stephanie's return to the center of power in that company.

Everything was tightly knit as a believable story, but now everything is just Wife Swap by CBS

Well, Stephanie got Brooke where it really hurt. Stephanie found out that Brooke has a dark secret and she found out what it is. The secret was that Brooke is pregnant, but the dark part is that the father is Deacon Sharpe, the man that Brooke's daughter is married to! Stephanie had Brooke at her mercy then.
Your sheer generosity? No wonder Stephanie execrates Brooke. If it weren't for her marrying/sleeping your way through the Forrester men she wouldn't even have a stake in Forrester Creations

Quinn has never been a golddigger and proof was shown when she was willing to leave her marriage to Eric with absolutely nothing. She didn't want a big settlement or some long drawn out divorce battle. She didn't even want shares like Porn Star Barbie did. She told him that she would take the settlement whatever it is. All she wanted was for the marriage to be over. She was tired of fighting with Eric. All she wanted was for the marriage to be over so she could move on with Carter.
Brooke continues to destroy other people's lives once again but what's new.
BB was fabulous in this era.
This is why I don't understand why when Nick wanted Brooke to banish the foresters from their own company she didn't do it she defended them and said it wasn't Forrester creations without any foresters. That essentially cost her her marriage to him who I think was the best couple of b&b ever had

@@spiritofloveipi4804 totally untrue, just look at the stat of the company for the first 4 seasons. They are on youtube, Forrester was already and internation big company making billions. Brooke was dreaming about their lifestyle from her teenage bedroom. That company was built by Eric (creative side) and Stephanie (business side) from the scratch. After inventing BeLieF Brooke did nothing more than boss people around, sure she had some nice ideas, but so did her predeccors and successors in the long run.
Apart from the feud between Brooke and Stephanie, it was a shame Eric had to suffer 10 long years. In the end Eric's entire design line he worked on a whole season was cancelled by Brooke because she personally did not like it. We are talking about the man whose creative created the company and promoted Brooke from lab assistant at the University to head of Forrester's chemical department.

Irony #1, FC did better under Brooke's leadership then it did Stephanie. Stephanie sold everything that had Brooke's name for "Class" and the company almost went under. This is how $$Bill got his hands on it.

Right person. Wrong reason. It was Stephanie trashing the company executives ("The Logan Chronicles") and working at Jackie M that screwed over FC and Bill had bought it. That was due to Bill manipulating the disgruntled woman after she got fired by Eric and Donna.
As for the 2005 trust, she had to give Eric and Brooke some share of the company otherwise the legal battle would've killed FC. (I'm taking this from a recap website btw)

I think this is when Macy and Stephanie teamed up. But Brooke was right about a couple of things. Amber and Bridgette did become designers. Next Stephanie took Fc from Brooke, but Brooke ended up with Ridge. Personally I would rather have the company. But maybe if Stephanie had never physically and mentally attack Brooke, Brooke Logan would never ended up having Eric kids and taking over Forrester.

She got her own line from Mommy during her internship. THAT is what I call born with the silver spoon! Second: have you ever worked for a large company? I did. Then you know for sure that many employees there can work damn well and productively and contribute to the company's sales. But that doesn't mean they'll get shares in that company (except in the form of a stock corporation, but that's another point). The Forrester men kept splitting this company up because of their wives. Many problems would not have arisen had they not done so.

As quickly as the shares are shifted back and forth here, this company is being dismembered, is absolutely ridiculous. People with no experience were already CEO (Katie). And yes, Ridge immediately kicked Steffy out when he suspected she'd made the video of Brooke. He threw Thomas in the basement because of Stephanie's lie. But Brooke caused one scandal after another in this company and only suffered the consequences once under pressure from the shareholders. But not for long either. Otherwise she could do what she wanted. I also don't know of any company in which an intern had as much to say as Hope. Or think of Maya, think of Ally. Rick as Eric's son, on the other hand, began his journey in Paris and gained his experience there. Therefore, he was a good fit as CEO. Otherwise, however, the Forrester men make the most catastrophic decisions in terms of personnel.
