I would love to build my home. Its a good decision because property market is already down but real home owner are already paying rents. Using this strategy they want to boost the society value if more people start building their homes.

Inho ne overseas ko Phase 2 main merge kar dena hain. Phase 1 main further koi development nazar nahi aa rahi.
Sir we bought files in 55 Lac to 65 lac not 45 and we paid all amount on time the real game is few marketing companies wants to buy these files buy back and they want to earn in billions the main shaitaan is Ch abdul rauf he is playing with our Halal money
This is ridiculous PVC keep changing goal posts. I was fully paid in August 2021 when i didn't receive a possession letter or email as a overseas Pakistani I called today and was told pay possession charges first than start to build your house in a moth than we will send you possession letter. I just want my possession letter and don't want to built till next year but this is false marketing by pvc once again as all they want is for all of us to pay 100% than pay possession charges but than change plans again. This will only isolate and alienate all overseas Pakistanis from investing further in any block.
I only have a plot no but no ideas where it is on map...no idea about possession...Aleem Khan needs a reality check.

Aleem will do the same to the file holders of overseas as Riaz Babu did with the file holders od bahria town Rawalpindi phase 9and 8 extension. Riaz Babu took money from the file holders of 8 extension&9, left them helpless, who are still struggling for possession. He earned trillions of money by investing the money of the file holders of phase 8 extension and 9 .Ln the same way Aleem will invest the money of the file holders of overseas, golf estate and hill estate in phase 2 and will earn trillions from file holders of new projects.Please Becareful ,NO more investment in Park view projects till possession to the affectees of phase 1.Otherwise people will weep as file holders of phase 1 r weeping
