- Let's finally give this all-new A330 a go! We take flight in TAP Air Portugal colours on a flight from Lisbon to London Heathrow. This two-and-a-half-hour trek takes us through Portugal to the heart of the English capital. I've heard all positives about the Headwind aircraft, so let's hope it gives us a good flight this morning!

Great video thank you, enjoyed it and your commentary! From up at airliner cruising altitudes the landscape looks just like FSX. The only giveaway that this is MSFS would be the clouds and the airplane.
Glad you enjoyed the stream! Certainly at cruise you lose the ground scenery shine, but it's ultimately still a fantastic platform which slowly gets improved!
@@Drawyah For sure, the escapism it gives has been a lifesaver during the pandemic! I've been alone for 28 months and MSFS has been a blast! The scenery is so good that I use the game to fly in light GA low and slow 95% of the time. The other times I scoot about in the Citation but I do find myself missing the scenery detail from so high up. But thats the way it is in the real world too so I will just have to get used to it! Thanks always for the great content!
The Flaps are put in position 1 on the ground it actually goes to 1+F, so Slats 1 and Flaps 1. On the air it's just the Slats. Since that Mod is clearly not well structured when you put the Flaps to 1 on the ground, just the Slats moved. This triggered the config Flap T/O warning.
NUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! I missed a 3rd flight T_T.
How come when I try to start with it on the runway now the screens aren't powered?
Not sure I'm afraid, it should just work as does any other aircraft!
Any tips for ils? Every time I perform an auto land it smacks into the ground hard
The A330 does not have autoland, it uses an older version of FlyByWire before this was enabled.

Drawyah, the A330 is the same as the FBW? Just different fuel and payload?
No, they are two separate aircraft developed by two separate teams.

There is no real process so it, throttle should work the same as the A320.

For aircraft you can download them online for free. flightsim.to and flightsim.com are good websites for these. AI aircraft I use IVAO to populate world traffic.

Thx! When did they updated? I guess have to download it again. Caus i have the ipad but its in the the A320neo.
It updated about a week ago. It also now correctly has GPWS callouts on approach.

There is nothing on the marketplace for Portugal. Do Microsoft guys think it's a province of Spain?
Marketplace is all third-party, you would need to check with the developers of different add-ons.
