Everything was completely normal, and I have no history of issues. I don’t understand why I would need to complete this again because I’m two months outside of the time frame. What are your thoughts?

I had a hysteroscopy and D &C for polyp removal last month, and started to take estrogen tablets to prepare for frozen empryo transfer 8 days ago. Yesterday a new polyp was seen in my uterus by 4d ultrasound. Could you please give me your advice on how to deal with uterus preparation for empryo transfer in my situation?
At IVF1, we recommend that polyps be removed but I don't trust evaluation solely by ultrasound. It is likely that they didnt remove all of your polyp last time
Does the hysteroscopy could leave scars if a group of polyps are removed? I have the saline infusion sonogram and the hysteroscopy was recommend but I am concern about any potential scar tissue left by the procedure

How about MRI with contrast? I did the diagnostic hsyteroscopy and found some polyps. Now we are asked to do the MRI before the operative hsyteroscopy. Is it necessary? Is the MRI beneficial before the IVF?
@@InfertilityTV isnt thick lining sign of endometrial hyperplasia or displasia? I took medroxyprogesterone because I had lining of 25 and period wasnt coming, then after period came and finished bleeding, lining went down to 12, but it still bit thick. I'm scared of DNC.

Hi Doc l have written to u twice no reply, l have been following u these last year please answer my question am frustrated and confused. I started ivf process since January was given birth control February bc of cysts for me to start stimulation by March bc of Coronavirus my process was cancelled till May. Scan was carried again and the cysts was still there was given birth control again l went bk June and the cysts was still there also my homone was low it was also cancelled my Doctor prescribed duphaston l think is progesterone pills. I have finished it my menses came l went bk the cysts is still there my Doc advice that I should have patience that it will shrink also said that he can't advice surgery that l should wait till my next cycle. Am fade up wit all these waiting am 42. My told me that he doesn't want to risk my money that the money am paying is much which is true. The last one he cancelled he needed my opinion if we should continue or l should follow medical advice. So l decided to follow medical advice. Pls Doc l advice from u the cysts is 2.2cm. Pls Doc talk to me. Thanks

If the hysteroscopy is done carefully by an experienced surgeon, then the risk for scar tissue is minimal

I have thick lining measuring at 12, and I just finished my period. My dr suggested DNC, but isnt that bad for IVF or fertility?
I am not aware of any evidence that undergoing a D&C will help improve fertility but it most cases it probably would not cause problems

Septum surgery is very successful but a septum is not the same as a bicornuate uterus
