This build looks like its meant to be.
Boosters compensate the lack of range.
Boosters also activate perk of the cabin.
Boosters give you speed which reduces the reload of Hoggs.
Then the cabin boost Hoggs damage.
Maybe pair them up with buggy wheels so they reduce the threshold of Hoggs as well as cabin's perk.

im usually well above 75 km/h for the booster perk,
+ when u go buggy wheels with that weight, u gonna have to slap on 6-8 to get sufficient tonnage
wich then increases your ps by alot, giving you much harder enemys

legs or drift wheels? I ofte groan / laugh when I get a weapon kill and it gives me the melee patch and removal of weapons when it was a wheel that was knocked off.
