RE: lower false ribs. I upgraded to series 7 style ribs with aluminum tube stringers instead of wood, and determined the lower false ribs cost 2.7 lbs (not including epoxy) for both wings. I put them on because I thought they would be required if I went with the "Laker Leading Edge". Just the fiberglass pieces for the LLE weigh 10 lbs. I thought those might save me some body and fender work but I don't think it did. If you want to stay light, ditch the lower false ribs and stick with the PVC leading edge like you're doing.
Hello Build it Right, good video, thanks for sharing. I can tell you my STi wings came with 4 weights but I’m sure you’ve crossed that bridge already. Thank you for the tip on smoothing out the hysol, that will help me out immensely as I move into my wings. Question about the music you have in the background, does CZcams give you any hassle about that? Thanks I’m going to watch some more.

I’ll have to watch the video of you building the weights, I’m going to attempt to add a link to your video in my next video where I mentioned that I was looking for a good way to smooth out the Hysol. Does YT bother you with copyright issues when you play regular music in the background? Thanks, Matt
