I never understood why Deku couldn't use OFA properly and kept doing dumb shit. Like when All Might uses it, his whole body bulges up. Not his arms, not his fingers or legs but his whole body. The answer for his problems was always right in front of his eyes yet he was blind to it. I guess Gran Torino was right about Deku's admiration of AM becoming a shackle for him.

What changes: Obito stays in the village.
The Uchiha Coup would'nt happen because the Naruto's parents and Sasuke's parent's are friends. So the Uchiha will not be treated poorly.
Due to Kushina's pregnacy the seal would weak so half of kurama still could be sealed in naruto.
Obito, Kakashi,Minato,Kushina and Rin could train Naruto(Rin is a fellow Jinchuriki and so is Kushina).
Hinata and Naruto could be great friends(due to the fact that he save her and he is the hokage's son so the hyuga would want to gain a better connection to them same with Sasuke.
Sasuke has Itachi Obito and Shisui to train him and maybe his dad and mom would join in.
Team 7 could be composed of Naruto Sasuke and Hinata.(Due to Kushina wanting grandbabies and just because that team would be busted)
Hinata could be trained by Rin as well as Kushina and Tsunade.(Because Grandbabies and she would want to be strong to not hold back her team also more development for hinata)
