The Best Air Fried Corn on the Cob

- Air Fried Corn on the Cob is so easy to make and is made with a delicious garlic parmesan marinade. A squeeze of fresh lime topped with cilantro to air fried corn gives it’s the perfect taste.

The Best Air Fried Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
Corn - 2 (shucked & cleaned)
Parmesan Cheese - 2 tsp
Paprika - 1/8 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp or as needed
Unsalted Butter - 1 Tbsp (melted)
Lime wedges - 2
Cilantro - for garnish
More Parmesan Cheese - for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes
2. Shuck and clean the corn
3. Add cheese, paprika, garlic, black pepper, and salt to melted butter and mix well
4. Brush on the marinade on the corn evenly
5. Place the corn in the air fryer basket
6. Air Fry at 400 degrees F for 10-14 minutes (corn in this video was air fried for 12 minutes)
7. Flip after 7 minutes and continue to air fry
8. Once cooking time is completed, plate the corn and squeeze on a lime wedge and garnish with cilantro and extra parmesan cheese (optional)
9. Enjoy warm!

A good recipe, but I'd use more butter. Lots more butter. Like in "Do you want some corn with your butter?" levels of butter.

whenever i run out of parika i use chili powder and vice versa. very similar. works for me every time.

@@HomeEats I just did it 400 degrees 20 mins , I used olive oil VS butter. It was good but I wanted it darker, so will go 25 mins longer .

So good looking can I apply the same temps for frozen mini corn on the cobs? If not should I thaw it out first?
I have never tried frozen corn.. it might need lower temp and more time.. or thaw first
It looks delicious but I do not like cilantro. Will try without and maybe use more butter. No cilantro and I still loved it. Great recipe. I put mine in the microwave for 4 minutes before I shucked it. Then I added the seasoning and put in on air fry.

You do not. It cooks in the air fryer.
