I wish Cecil would put out more stuff. He's amazing but he just doesn't put out as much stuff and it's a pity.
Amberlee not sure what he does, but he has a full time job. I have seen multiple doomtree interviews where the other members says “yeah Cecil is at work” Lol. So it seems like music is part time him and the other members are full time. Even though he is a lot of Doomtree fans’s favorite member.

Goosebumps. Doomtree is amazing as a whole, and Dessa and Cecil Otter are amazing as solo acts (or a duet) as well. The KEXP set on youtube is fantastic as well. You can really feel the soul behind the music when the perform live.
If this was some bizzarro-universe where I had never heard of Doomtree, this video alone would be enough to cement their status in my list of favorite artists.
This is amazing, I always loved Dessa but I never realised how talented Cecil was until I heard this on No Kings.

The violin in this live version adds so much to an already gorgeous song. I wish they had included it in the studio version, but regardless, I love both versions.

@IAMBOOGINS the point is that she isn't necessarily part of the whole. Dessa intentionally uses her as a featured vocalist in most songs. If you watch live performances of most of her songs, Aby plays that role. However, on some songs (Kites) Aby calmly "chills" in the background, content to harmonize.

Was just told to look up Doomtree to check them out but couldnt get into them as a group to electronic trip hop for me but then I came across a song Dunk Tank Travel with POS and Cecil Otter..that was dope. Didnt expect it after trying to listen to the group project but as an emcee Ceil is the essence of emcee story telling so Im gonna dig a bit deeper...Check my guys out couple new tracks we put out...The Rec Center..Mozes Gun.....
