You forgot the space between "hydro" & "City"
The pronunciation is debatable (high-droh-sit-ee vs. high-dross-it-ee), but the spelling unambiguously has no space in it
@@ZetaPyro Actually it did have a space in Sonic Generations (it's an unlockable song in thr game) and I think Sega have confirmed that's how it's supposed to be spelled. I think Sonic 3 was a mistake, as in it was supposed to have space but didn't. And I feel like Sonic Mania not givjng it a space was Taxman going a bit too hard on the nostalgia
@@firehedgehog1446 Huh that's interesting. I never played Sonic Generations, but in Sonic 3 and Sonic Mania it's spelled without a space. I wasn't able to find any official statement from Sega on the matter, but in any case it seems like both spellings have some usage in different official media.
@@ZetaPyro Ok, well like I said before, I think the Sonic 3 case was a mistake (a mistake that started this whole stupid debate) and the Sonic Mania case being the Mania team going a bit hard on the throwbacks
Keep in mind that Sonic Mania wasn't made by Sonic Team. But Sonic Generations WAS made by Sonic Team and like I said, you can unlock the Hydro City BGM as music you can play in any stage, or just listen to on its own and in that game it is spelled out as "Hydro City"
