Ferrari could have had a Naturally Asperated 5.6L V8 with 125 to 130 HP per litre or 700 to 730 HP and 650nm/479ft.lbs, and have a 9000 rpm limit(GM's 5.5L DOHC FPC V8 is durable up to 9K according to a GM engineer), then for 2025 introduce the NA 5.6L V8 to hybrid assist. But I do get that a 5.6L V8 would need a new block with 110mm bore spacing instead of 100mm and a 220mm deck height which would increases the cost of the 458's replacment(but consider a C8 Z06 costs 150K vs 300K) and thier wouldn't be the turbo torque like a McLaren, but also the total weight of the powertrain would be less than a TT V8(10kg vs 100kg added to the 458's weight). A 4.4L TT V8 and 6.6L NA V12 sharing the same bore/stroke(94mm bore 79.1mm stroke) and 100mm bore spacing/215mm deck height could have saved money and made Ferrari more unique and less of a compromise(even less turbo lag and maybe better sound quality for TT V8, something Lamborghini still has/had an opportunity to do as they did mention that the Hurracan's replacement would have a unique TT V8).
Thats a speciale car. Modern classic. It makes for a great investment. A real thriller to drive a 4.5 litre v8 motor naturally aspirated. The modern stuff is twin turbo and smaller engines. This is proper. Largest naturally aspirated engine ferrari ever made 600 bhp. Sounds awesome

I would assume a Scud and a Speciale would be like two children. There is no favorite and you love them both the same for what they are.
