    I installed the 3.5 pound connector, a lighter striker spring, plunger spring, and a heavier trigger spring in my Glock 19. The trigger is much better than it was before. The trigger pull is smooth and consistent all the way until the break. It's also quite a bit lighter than stock as well. I have almost no tendency to pull to the left anymore when shooting.

    The spring kit and the 3.5 connector are an excellent upgrade. I realized that the connecter would you properly function until I replaced the factory Glock side backplate to an aftermarket one with a wider opening for the slide to attach to frame properly. I bought my backplate from Classy Raptor Tactical, but I know there are other names out there. Good luck.

    I ran my G19 with a Rocket connector. It allowed me to get rid of most of the over-travel and the reset was very short. The striker spring was changed to 4.5#. With these changes, and thousands of rounds, my pull weight was about 3.25#. Although I thought it couldn't get better, I also thought it may be too light. So I just installed the Tactical 5.0 and a 5.0# striker spring. Still very little over-travel and short reset but the pull weight is now around 4.75#. A 6.0# striker spring gets the pull weight to around 5.5#. So far I don't even notice the heavier pull weight much. Time will tell.

    @ .15, this is the edge Ghost says NOT to file, and I've never understood why because filing from any other edge won't shorten over travel.

    what is the job of that part (trigger connector) please ?
    no need to change the spring for a lighter spring ?
    how to get a lighter trigger ? or a faster shoot
    and what is or are the differences between both ? excepted the hole(s)
    thank you

      Racking has nothing to do with the connector. The recoil springs control how hard it is to rack the slide

  • @YouStupidBunny
    @YouStupidBunny Před 6 lety +1

    Someone gave me theirs after it did nothing for them. I tried it in mine and measured it. No variance from stock. Seriously, how can anyone expect a 3.5 pound trigger without changing any springs? I don't know anyone who installed a Ghost connector that was happy with the purchase.

    Is there anyone else that think this is borderline ridiculous. People have literally become John wick tactical divas. Don't get me wrong it's really good information and a great explanation I love Brownells been a customer of them forever it's just that, God it's just like the flavors of the rainbow. If anybody is a real shooter they should be able to pretty much without aftermarket parts adjust and tune their trigger with the stock parts. My G23 has a 4.5 lb trigger with virtually no grit and humppyness. short reset and zero wall after the reset, breaks right away. I was at 5 lbs with 100% stock parts.;I will admit I did used a 5 lb striker spring to get down the extra 1/2 lb to 4.5. but unless you're a competitive shooter no one is going to pick this weapon up and sneeze at it I guarantee you after feeling the trigger break.
