Great video,the interview you did with that agent is very educative.Your agent has said it all.Set a realistic budget that you can afford,differentiate your wants from your needs and make a smart decision.its not about paying the first rent,its about funding your subsequent rents.Try to figure that out as well.its all a process.Some of the people living in Maitama and Asokoro once lived in satellite towns.But some people just want it all at once,that's partly the problem.
