Duuude this is aaawesome. I love Giant Drag's version but this (preneopostrock or whatever) version sounds incredible. too appealing for reals. And yeah I was thinking "Annie's got to be on this one".
i have been a huge fan of the icarus line for years and i like the the new garage-pop sound of this song but this video gets old too fast, from a aesthetic view. it is comparable to bittersweet symphony ,but it could have improved with a bit more variation. -freeman
I really like how they've made a homage to the original artists of this song in the opening of this clip. Having listened to both version (and slightly biased) I still prefer the original, there's too much distortion in this for me and the song loses it's feel.
I am amazed that they can actually make good music. When I saw them live they just goofed with feedback for an hour with the occasional break to swear at the crowd - defineitly the worst music experience I have ever had, even including going to a jazz club
that dude joe's brother lives in my guest room, and they're guitarist james is a pretty good friend but I've never seen th6em live. I guess I sh6ould probably get on that shit.
@newbeachinvasion yeah their new album sucks huh. I mean I know artists need to reinvent themselves from time to time but I think i like seasons of the abyss a lot more than this. just my opinion.
