I can not stand the unprofessional manner in which they keep $10,000 dollars of your money for 7 months! No answers only fake apologies and we will get back to you. I cant believe this is even legally possible. IT IS!

I'm glad to see that they are beginning to move away from the low cost mentality. I don't think this has done them any good at all. They need to embrace being a level above that rubbish.
