Finally building the deciduous tree I promised the club a long time back . Now having built it I have to ship it 😜
Construction is easy using the wrapped wires and you get great results.

Along the way, I've heard that seafoam branches can be sprayed with a little glycerin ... maybe diluted a bit ... to keep them pliable. Currently, I have seafoam seedlings ready for transplanting into larger deck pots to grow during the summer into fall. My first experiment with growing them! Ever hear about the glycerin? Seems your diluted white glue worked well. Cheers ...

Question if allowed the grapevine wire to extend an inch or two below the dowel core could you use that for modeling the tree roots?
