There are more flights going to Regina than Saskatoon that's the reason for the 12 hours wait. Can't comment on Saskatoon since I've never been there but just came from Regina to attend my son's graduation & it seems to be a nice place with vast tracks of flat land which makes owning a home affordable compared to where I live (Vancouver). Can't blame Pnoys leaving the motherland in droves due to the lack of opportunity. Good luck to your entire family
