Its about time I share with the City how we catch clean and cook MONSTER white crappie. This day we set out to find some summer crappie in shallow water, and take them to my Aunties house for an amazing crappie recipe! This is one you want to watch from beginning to end. Tune in and enjoy!!!!

Fully agree, one of my last best memories of my dad was fishing in my boat, he loved being on the water and being with his sons, everytime I see a video of somebody fishing with their dad it brings me back to my memory.

AMEN to your statement Sir!!! I know the way you feel. It's like part of your heart got ripped out. My Father passed away back in 1990 and there's not a day that goes by where I can't hear his voice saying "Boy! Whaddaya think your doing?" or "It'd be muches easier if you'd had done it this way".
That's the one thing I try to pass along to all these "hard-headed youngins" out here. Don't take it for granted that Mom and Dad are gonna wake up just cause you did.
So no matter what's going on in your life, take five or ten minutes to call. Let'em know ya love them. Cause once their gone it's too late.

Im not going to lie man. Its less about the fishing (which is great btw), but I always just watch to see you interact with your family. The cooking portion is always the best part. This is a good channel

HookCity and Fishing Ken, this was an absolute CLASSIC catch clean and cook!!! Man I appreciate the passion and love for the Lord you put into your videos, it's easy to see why you are blessed beyond blessed. Initially I frowned upon the thought of crappie balls and I almost cried watching those filets get sliced up in that food processor. I must admit that I didn't bite my screen but I sure had to clean it off because them crappie balls had me drooling they looked so good. I gotta give them a try for sure.

I use Jif corn muffin mix for fish and let me tell you it’s delicious.I usually use two boxes and add some salt and pepper to the mix.

I recently found out to bleed my fish for a better taste. I've fished for years and never knew it. It's true, bleed your fish when you catch them and then put them on ice.

Nothing better than fresh fried fish
That’s the same fish fry that I use, two packs mixed with 1.5 cups cornmeal, garlic powder and black pepper and a pinch or two cayenne pepper.
I have had them both ways and I have had gator tail ball's cooked the same way my grandparents were from Louisiana
Those were some really nice fish and the way you clean them and cook them with your family too just awesome
