      Oh yes!!! That's a new property my buddy and I got the very 1st night there. Unfortunately furbearer season is closed hence why no shooting but we were hoping for coyotes to come in since they are open year round in Pennsylvania. We heard them they got hung up in the woods about 1/2 mile on property we don't have permission for yet. This fall I will be posting up a lot of videos of downed predators.

    Looks like a great image! Are you happy with this thermal thus far?

      Yes I am only had 1 little issue when I turned on the unit it wouldn't stop this small flickering I restarted it no issues since. I think the issue was I removed the front cover before it was fully turned on. Which was my fault not fault of the unit.

      The image is way clearer looking through the scope. This is compressed so it doesn't look as good. But looking into the device it will blow you away. The 3x base mag is great. Very easy menu and only 3 buttons to deal with. The app is a added plus you can record right from your phone and don't have to hook up to a computer.

      @@HeckertsOutdoorAdventures Thank you for the info and reply! I’m looking for my first thermal for coyotes out to 200 yards. I have a certain budget and want to get the best image and display I can for the Money. I’ve been looking at this scope , the Bering super hogster, Iray bravo and the regular AGM TS35. It’s overwhelming to pick for sure, lol

      @@HeckertsOutdoorAdventuresSo the AGM was not good? that’s why you switched?

      @@thethinbluelineZ06 no it was great but I bought what I could afford at the time. I wanted a 640 but didn't have the funds. Now I have 2 scopes a 640 that I run and a 384 that is a buddy scope/ backup if anything happens to my 640. I also have a 640 scanner with lrf and a buddy scanner in 384 so I currently have 2 complete setups.

      @@HeckertsOutdoorAdventures Thank you so much for fast replying!!! it helps me on deciding which one to go with. I don’t need 640 cause most of my range is within 200 yards. what do you recommend?

    • @HeckertsOutdoorAdventures
      @HeckertsOutdoorAdventures  Před rokem

      @@thethinbluelineZ06 what matters the most to you? Battery life or removable batteries? Audio important or not? You said most shots under 200 correct. What's your average distance cause with a 384 you want to pick a base mag close to what you'll be shooting. Meaning if you shoot occasionally out to 400 you don't want a 2x base mag cause you'll want to zoom in and everytime you zoom you cut your image in half.

    Is the rangefinder reliable or do you have to keep clicking on a target a few times before u get a distance

    • @HeckertsOutdoorAdventures
      @HeckertsOutdoorAdventures  Před 2 lety +1

      Very reliable so far. With the new update you can choose to have to press each time you want to range or you can set to continuous which will run for 10 seconds after you press the range button.

    • @HeckertsOutdoorAdventures
      @HeckertsOutdoorAdventures  Před 2 lety +1

      I should also add I use to run continuous but switched to once. Continuous will use your battery a lot quicker if you are using it a lot. I have ranged a lot of animals up to 580 yards
