If you put hot food in the fridge it will heat up the inside of the refrigerator. Depending upon how big the hot food is the refrigerator has a hard time keeping everything cold. Let it cool, then place in fridge.

Wine glasses can be hung upside down in the proper rack. They stay safe from germs on surfaces that way, also.
