It shows that he's still grieving (whether or not she's actually dead is moot. He THINKS she is) and shows his anger towards the allo and himself for not being there for her.

I think the show is hiding that Darius saw something else when he went to where Brooklyn is rumoured to have died.I think her arm was found and that could be she is believed to be dead.This could also mean that she is Sydney.

@Giandelosreyesishot there was an open casting call that went out shortly after the end of camp cretaceous for a voice roll for an upcoming unnamed jurassic animation.
The roll was for "Sydney" a main character, late teen female, former child star, now a video blogger, who lost her arm in an animal attack.
Interestingly, the voice actress whos been confirmed for Brooklynn in chaos theory (you hear her in Brooklynn’s videos) is Kiersten Kelly....who is missing an arm.
I think its fairly evident that the casting call for "Sydney" was in actuality, a casting call for a post attack Brooklynn. It also shows that Jenna Ortega had no desire to return even before the success of Wednesday....as im fairly certain the casting call went out before "Wednesday" aired.
looks like she might actually be dead and we will get to see her only through flashbacks

I’ve been rewatching Camp Creataceus, as a refresher. Got to season 4 last night, and at the part where they’re all talking about staying in touch once they get home, when brooklynn told Kenji “I’m really gonna miss you Kenj” I thought, and actually said, to myself outloud “We’re gonna miss you too, Super Star.”

I think whats happending between Darius and Kenji is "like the labtop inciddent on isla nublar" Kenji blaming darius for not beeing there/abandoning Brooklyn
small theory, when Darrius says kenji doesn't want to listen to what he has to say im assuming its because kenji blames Darrius for not being there to save Brooklyn so he blames Darrius for her death and tats one way hes messed up emotionally and why hes so determined to prove it.
imagine in the show
Darius tries to kill the allosaurus to avenge Brooklyn out of anger and hatred, and see him slowly becoming into someone that he is not. but then one of the campers (my preference would be Yaz personally) stops him and tell him that it is not what Brooklyn would've wanted.
and i also hope that both Darius and Yaz get to interact more in this show than they did in camp cretaceous

I think more likely the group blames Darius for Brooklyn death and Darius was the one closest one to Brooklyn besides Kenji. As stated when Brandon asked Darius if he contacted the camp fam.

It's possible, but I think it's more likely that Kenji blames Darius for Brooklyn's death because he wasn't there to meet up with her when he said he would. Darius clearly blames himself for her death, so it's not a big leap to think that Kenji might as well.

You said that you didn't know why Kenji was mad at Darius. I think it is because Darius didn't get to the meet-up spot with Brooklyn in time and that's why she died. That would make sense why Kenji is so mad at Darius because Kenji in Brooklyn were dating and Kenji blames Darius for her death

I think Darius didn't refer the Scorpius Rex as a hybrid was to keep the secret of the unstable and dangerous nature of the hybrids Dr. Wu created so no one else created more, which is a interesting idea I think.
Brooklynn's status is still unknown in the wiki,so there's a chance she's still alive.
The wiki is fan maintained. Anything on there is pure speculation.

Btw it’s probably more than six months because they were at Mantah Corp Island for some time and in season three the helicopter pilot said six months or so. And the reporter said nearly a year. So they were probably gone for 10 months.
Events of Mantah Corp took around a week. They took place immediately after Season 3 where they said it was 6 months

The first episode is really setting up the tone of this sequel to Camp Cretaceous so far.

The show could be set at the end of September or the first part of October. The August on the license plate is the month that the tags need to be renewed.
I been a fan of camp Cretaceous for a while and the first one just was too kiddie but this one actually is gory and gave me goosebumps from the trailer can’t wait to see the rest of the 6 teens but too know that Brooklyn is dead is very sad

It's a Spinosaurid, one of the ones we have the FEWEST Fossil evidence of, which is saying a LOT, Considering all we have of Spinosaurus itself is a bit of jaw and A few other bones... there's a chance, in fact, that Spinosaurids didn't actually exist, and they are all just Baryonix's... and vice versa.
There's VERY LITTLE evidence that any Of the Genus even existed... they've just got fragments... (iirc, for the beck, they've only got a few vertebrae and a bit of jaw.)

In the USA our license plate tags expire on our birthdays. I wouldn't use Owen's tags as a date to go on its just when he got the plate or tags. It could have been few months after in the winter in the USA. Like January or February when it shows Owen. Making the timeline add up if it is September or October.

We've seen him risk everything to save them
From putting his own life at risk
Abandoning opertunatys to escape
His own ptsd
And even sometimes his friends lives
But now that the Allosaurus has killed brooklyn
He's filled with nothing but anger and revenge
I'm interested to see how this will play out for his character
I mean he knows its not the Allosaurus fault
But he's blinded by his desire for revenge
That he dosent cear if it dies or not
He's willing to ruin his own life to capture the Allosaurus to make sure it can't hurt anyone else
You can even see the Allosaurus look distressed as it's running away
Proving that it's not a mindless monster
But an animal trying to survive

Its very much possible that the atrociraptors were deliberately sent after them, oh and i remember ben saying ' why didn't the atrociraptors alert the alarm', possibly hinting that they carefully followed a path from where they couldn't be detected

So far, I absolutely love the tone for this show.
Camp Cretaceous had its ups and downs, mainly ups, but it waa obviously set for younger audiences for the Franchise.
Nothing wrong with that, but it's great to see that with a new series, set with the same casts, but in a more darker and grounded tone, really shows that we're going to be taking this show more serious.
The person blowing the whistle in the Roblox trailer for chaos theory might be Brooklyn, that’s just my theory, she was probably captured and was told to kill the campers, idk

I don’t think anyone in the comments has noticed, that at the end of the episode, the raptor that appears when Ben and Darius go outside, has red eyes. Almost like the ghost atrociraptor in dominion. And I also noticed it had kind of pale skin, so, could those raptors actually be the dominion atrociraptors?
