Also the girl the thst got the refund you may say, "alright she can put for her friend", the girl paying most likely has other more important things to pay for so getting the refund was great but not an incentive to make another purchase. As well it was her friend who clearly wasn't able to make the purchase herself, again, some people look well off but aren't always, and they are from the area first timers, so it's unfortunate that they didn't get the same treatment as the outsiders. This business makes a lot of profit due to the low cost of supply with high demand which is why they've been so able to be willingly giving away freebies so often including larger portions than others but still the same price. So yes giving away free product such as samples to create interest and loyalty which is one of the best ways to create customer profiles with a business, so yes I'd tell a salesman or most business's to do the same. If you can't comprehend these things then there's nothing left to say.
