Seventeen's 'gag trio' is just like 'comedy trio'. The word gag also means 'joke' or something like that. Hoshi, Seungkwan, and Dk are considered to be the comedians or the most extra in SVT but the rest of the members are also funny in their own ways too.
Just wanna add that currently there is no official position within the rap line. They all are main rappers :)
Woozi wrote 80% of Seventeen songs. And he's also writing lyrics for other artists like Ailee, Eric Nam and the famous one DOWNPOUR BY IOI💙💙💙

Their live stages are waaayy better bcoz they prepare so much for it like rearranging the songs n choreos…for one song, there’s a lot of renditions bcoz svt performs each stage differently. Also, half of the live stages in this guide arent released in their albums or spotify bcoz those are specifically for their concerts🥲

Loved the reaction. Seventeen is my ultimate group and after them are Monsta X and Nct. Btw Woozi won a few days ago the Producer of the Year at AAA 2021, the youngest in history to ever get this award.

2:12 About that, we are not really sure. The fact that all the trainees that were under the name ‘17’ at some point sum up to be 17 is kind of a coincidence.
They started with and 11 member line up, which lasted some months, then old and new trainees were added.
At some point they were 16, but that was for a short while and they never got back to such high numbers

Alternatively, there's the *super long guide to seventeen 2020 by caratline* that's pretty good too. The info there is still pretty relevant enough, around 2hrs too I think, split into 4 parts (intro + 3 sub-units), tbh I prefer this one now since I realized there are some left out info from the movie & another helpful guide. I usually rec this one if ppl are ok w longer guides, even if they might check it out on their own since it's just rly detailed & well-made

you reacted well to mingyu rapping and the song is called Lotto Remix. it's only on their soundcloud officially. its one of their more diss track type of songs and the members have stated themselves that they won't put these diss track songs into their official discography since they're pretty negative (pretty cool songs tho) and they just don't want that negativity in their albums. but they do perform them live a lot tho, so they aren't just collecting dust in the studio lmao. btw its a remix bc Lotto is originally Vernon's own original song, so the remix is with the entire hip hop unit

Thank you for your reaction, I really enjoyed it. Honestly, for seventeen you should do a lot of "trial and error" cause their songs are so diverse. Seventeen is a versatile group, they love to try something new and wouldn't repeat the same style as before. Even though they like to experiment, they still have their color and you gonna realize that after you listen to their discography. So, if you like a certain genre and didn't like the song that you've heard, you probably gonna like their other song.

i also think its kinda funny how you mentioned that vernon looks intimidating bc he has very sharp features because he's like the biggest pacifist in seventeen 🤣 in the stage 14:31 there's a part at the end of his verse where he actually says "so don't fight, peace."

And seventeen I thought was more on the cute side. But when I heard that seventeen is actually really close with monsta x I thought maybe I should Atleast give them a shot. And now seventeen is an ult group. So I totally get what you where saying because I felt the same. And as soon as I got into them I fell hard for them. Unfortunately, some of their live performances like HIP HOP unit are not available on spotify or other music apps Those are unrelease songs, & SVT always do that. So better go to their concert oneday...hehe coz sometimes they'll surprise you some individual or unit performance like never before seen/heard.

the thing about seventeen and male fans is that, male fans only listen to title songs 😂 a male friend of mine likes kpop and is an sm stan, he said that svt wasn’t his cup of tea. so i let him hear the bside tracks & mixtapes of svt, now he just couldnt stop talking about them 😭 so yeah, if you really want to stan svt, each of their album fills with different type of songs, genre, concept etc, there are lot of songs that might suit your taste
