- In honour of Urmas Sisask - the legend of Estonian choral music - who died just over a week ago, we want to share his beautiful piece 'Heliseb väljadel' this Christmas Eve. It's a prayer to the Virgin Mary, and one of his great legacies to the world of choral music.

I got to tour the Baltics with the BYU Singers this past spring, and this piece so feels like the wonderful music we got to sing and hear there. Gotta love the King's Singers!

Curiosity: the type of their voices between tenor - baritone - bass are almost sorted and ordered by their heights... (would that be a pattern in some places?)
There seems to be a tendency with occasional outliers. Larger bodies tend to have longer vocal cords I guess. Maybe thicker vocal cords too.
Beautiful, for an Ukrainian choir!
