When you said to name the worst movie, I thought of Food Fight. Also the animation is very annoying to look at. Generic, bouncy, brightly coloured, flat, Flash animation. Also I didn't really like that song in the end, it grates my ears. My opinion though.
How / where was this released? it reminds me of when toys would sometimes come with DVDs with a very low-budget animation that's basically an extended commercial for the toy you just bought, like Polly Pocket or MyScene
Apparently it was released on DVD and other streaming platforms. And you're right, sometimes its just about marketing the toys but the worst part is, there was no toys to market. The only physical product there was for this movie was the DVD 🤣

No animated movie is worse than Where The Dead Go To Die. Nightmare fuel doesn't even begin to describe it.
