Just FYI for anyone doing this with a TM-T20iii, some of the menu choices are slightly different ("serial interface settings" is now simply called "interface settings" and is option 2 instead of 4) but the process is exactly the same. Thank you so much for this, you just saved me from looking like a complete ass with one of my biggest clients. I don't understand why Epson removed the dipswitches, or why the manual is so unclear on how this process works.
