Can someone please remind me what the context of the Gabriel dance scene is? I think my brain locked that traumatic memory away, because I keep forgetting it happened and it shocks me every time I see it...

The dance is at the beginning of the episode but the context was the episode before.
Plagg and Tikki realize that Adrien and Marinette being superheroes is stopping them from living their love life, so the kwamis chose new holders (Zoe and Alya). But when Kitty Noir and Scarabelle were in action, their alliance rings were keeping track of their location and where they were and stuff, so Gabriel got sent those stats, and so after the dancey dance he concocted a plan to grab their miraculous when they're detransformed so theyre easier to catch.
