Ok, 1 tip is to have a camera that works perfectly without making it blurry. So when i was trying with iphone 14, it kept zooming and the result was blurry and it kept rescanning. When i used iphone 11, the camera was sharper and i could see my fingerprints clearly, also the teal circle when its scanning turns green if the image is correct and sharp. On iphone 14, it was constantly teal, the small circle. If that makes sense. Hope this helps.

Finger scanning for this app doesn’t work on phone 14 , but worked for iPhone 7.

I have been trying for more than 15 days but always failed. The problem is that my passport data, face and finger print are complete but always fail when uploading. I have tried changing various cellular phone and internet networks but always failed. Always comes out the sentence "something wrong, please check the connection and try again". After trying for more than 30 times I think it is no longer an internet connection problem. What should I have to do?

@@U2too after trying for 56 days and even meeting with officers from the saudi arabia bio visa vendor I finally managed to upload my data and my visa was able to be issued. Thats one day before i have to leave to holy land

after submitting my details yesterday, Recived an email with "Enrollement under Review.
Your application has been submitted successfully and it's under review now.". There isn't any Enrollment id in email.

Walda k fingerprints scan nhi ho rhy... 200-300 dafa try kr chukey hain. Un ka hamesha se fingerprints ka problem raha hai. Medical certificate banwaya jae? Kya aap ko maloom hai k medical certificate sirf govt hospital ka hi chaley ga ya private b banwa saktey hain?
Better to get medical certificate from medical officer of govt hospital or Get certificate from Gerry’s office

Please use back camera of your phone for face capture. You can select back camera by pressing 2 round arrows.ask some one else to photograph you. Use white or light background.
On bottom of this App there are 3 buttons I.e switch between front and back camera,light on or off etc
