Huge fan and always look forward to your videos. Only thing I would recommend to anyone would be to pressurize the fuel system and check for leaks BEFORE buttoning everything completely back up. Once your fuel rail is reinstalled and fuel supply reconnected, easiest way is to simply touch your negative battery cable back to the negative battery post a few times (let the fuel pump fully charge between each disconnect...you'll hear the pump energize) and look for leaks. Nothing worse than to get everything back together and there's a leak...especially fuel.

This was good & helpful, very hard, I had to hammer some down to go in, did the upper way first, then installed bolds to hold straight, then to help push down, but still had to use screwdriver to punch in deeper, bottom then middle, just too tight.

Great work buddy! Excellent explanation. By the way, do you have a video of how to replace O2 sensors in the Ford Escape 2004 3.0L??

Funny you should ask...working on that this weekend. Will probably do individual videos on the four O2 sensors separately (bank 1 sensor 1, bank 1 sensor 2, bank 2 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 2)...showing locations and how to access them for replacement. Thanks for watching, Jose!

very nice, I am going to guess the O-Rings are all same size? Thank you for your vid

Mine did not have the brown O rings, no leaks prior. I had to replace cylinder 2 injector and when I pulled the rail off (which you made look easy as pie) to my surprise there are no o rings near the injector heads. Just the top side fuel rail.

Love this step through, thanks!. Just in time for me too, I'm about to do the PCV valve and all gaskets and o-rings since I'll be in there anyway. One thing I have seen is using a little petroleum jelly on the o-rings, as it is safe for use with fuel. does anyone have recommendations for or against that? Would it be just optional? Thanks.

I can't get the injectors to seat in. It is aligned properly, I already put some oil and petroleum jelly on the o rings but still can't seat in the injectors. Please help.

Aftermarket O-rings seem to be a little thicker than OE rings. In the video showing installation (I believe it's Part 3), I used a 2x4 block to tap the rail in. It helps to have a block the same length as the fuel rail, tapping up and down the length of the block. Do not tap directly on the rails. And adding a little lube on the O-rings does help. Thanks for watching, Daryl!
