Introduce plenty of grains in her diet, i.e., kamande, daal, chickpea, peas, and beans. You serve with vegetables and avocado. At least to enhance your variety for her food. Encourage her to move, even if it's in bits and massage. Nothing is permanent, bibi will get well son.

In that guest room that mattress is totally turned around the wrong way. What if a person needs to tuck in the sheets in. things at the foot of the bed there's no room. The room is very narrow so therefore you need to turn the mattress around so that there's room on each side. And it's okay for the person laying in bed to face the door😅

Grandma's bed needs to have a mattress protector on the mattress . If she pees in the bed then that mattress is ruined forever.. even children's best need to have a mattress protector. What is the point of spending money on a mattress if you're not going to protect the mattress? Something waterproof. Here in the states they have pull up diapers for adults. You could be a young person and have incontinence problems. I'm sure you have adult diapers in Africa. Grandma is not going to be able to jump up and get all the way out side to that outhouse. She may be at the point that her knees are not going to allow her to squat down low enough to use that old fashioned bathroom.

You are boiling to much soursop leaves at the same time. You need to use three or four leaves in a cup and pour boiling water and let it steep then gave it to her,it will taste much better

MinHawi please cut down on the starchy food stuffs. More veggies, soft fish and chicken in soup- Very little ugali, porridge, cassava, chapatti, yam , bread. They increase the blood sugar. Not good for Bibi
