as someone hoping to be an architecture student, this gives me some amount of hope that iâll have a chill little routine. i donât really like having too much structure, but no structure generally means i get nothing done. def a motivational video for me!! (itâs also so peaceful and calming
you will if you prioritise your health and sleep and social life !! hard to do bc there's always so much work to do but its possible :'))) sometimes x
this is so true like so many people just talk about the negative side. itâs so nice to see someone just living their life and showing both sides.
Iam an arch student and i feel it to be draining at times, finding ur vlog helped me think it in a different positive perspective, im trying to be more relaxed and u help a lot. Thanks :)))
This is what I want in life. Studying, living alone, have good food to eat with someone ⥠but my country (Argentina) is having a hard time with the economy, and I don't think I will ever live like this ;((

Everyone involved in the built environment, whether you are an Architect, Engineer, Town Planner, policy maker etc. consider the following: every time we lay a slab or build a road we are taking up a physical footprint. That footprint at some point in time was an ecosystem for flora and fauna and now will be destroyed. Biodiversity is eroding at a rapid pace however we can slow this pace and perhaps stop it. So when talking to your clients, designing, building, planning, consider how can you do it to create space for the natural environment to thrive on that site or zone. It may mean elevating the building off the ground, it may mean creating connections between buildings above the ground. It may mean creating a pedestrian city, it may mean creating green spaces on a facade, it may mean creating a new zoning regulation that says yes, this is residential zone but also a zone for re-wilding, or where a zone can be commercial but with the restriction that the current ecosystem may not be disturbed. Nothing is impossible, clever solutions exist and you could help to create them. Please comment ideas and thoughts and solutions. Please also consider sharing this message whenever you see a good piece of architecture, technological solution, or process that could aid an equitable existence between humans and nature. Or when you see a terrible piece of architecture, technology or process. Speak up, and implement change, we can have a better future for ourselves, our children and nature.

im struggling w my career choice, im only in freshman hs but i have this building up pressure to figure out my career choice. my choices are tourism (flight attendant, my original dream), architecture or criminal justice (homicide detective). is architecture the easiest to handle while still pursuing volleyball varsity?
oh i feel the pain! dont stress about it too much, it sounds like you know what you want kinda? and worst case you can always change degrees if it wasnât what you thought! my sister actually plays tennis varsity and studying medicine so its definitely doable with most degrees it just depends how much you priorities each thing? :â) good luckkk youâll figure it out âșïžâš

Hi there. Do you use your macbook for cad, revit or which ever applications you use? Or even rendering? Or do you own a gaming computer for such?
hello! yes i only use my macbook- it's super slow sometimes but it works fine for what i need :-) I use the uni computers when my laptop is on fire sometimes tho!

@@gastonanderson1836 hey! I use sketchuo, rhino, autocad, and then adobe software! so no heavy programming on my laptop :-)
what device do you recommend for a future architecture student?
I'm thinking of doing a whole separate video on this! Buy definitely iPad would be my number 1 (besides the usual architecture student things)

Thank you!! You should definitely consider Denmark, I love it here :') Most of the masters programs are in English actually so you wouldn't have a problem! Bachelors are in Danish but there are some schools that offer english too I believe- good luck!
In first year college in first semester what is the subjects?
it depends on the university you're going to! it's all quite different :) there should be a website with your course names!
How difficult would you rate architecture? I want to do it but Iâve heard itâs incredibly difficult :(
depends how you see it! i find it a lot âeasierâ than memorising and doing exams where youâre tested for knowledge but at the same time itâs difficult because you get judged for work you produce which feels more like a personal attack hahah you should definitely do it if you want to!

Hoping that u notice this and respond. Iâm an architecture student currently studying in 3rd year . Iâve been looking to buy a laptop. Just noticed that u use macbook. So hows the performance? Specially for architectural softwares ? And i heard that you need to buy auto cadd separately is that true?
its okay for most things! i have a preference for macs but it does have a few downsides when it comes to big programs.. I'll be uploading a video about this soon á”Ì

@@myakyiphyuoo-cb9gw you definitely need a laptop! but if you have a PC, it would work just fine and maybe an ipad would be useful :-) but if you don't, I'd recommend a mac for every day uni because the ipad is just an extra thing!
