+james6m lift axle isn´t connected to the drive train. The trucks riding pretty low, so if the lifted axle hits the ground on a road bump it picks up speed. It immediately stops when breaking. But it doesn´t do the tire any good if that happens too often. That´s why some trucks (expecially if the rear axle is lifted) have smaller tires on the lift axle. Others don´t like the smaller tire solution because it looks weird when both axles are on the ground. But they definitly belong to a cool Holland Style truck :-)

He has just lifted the pusher to speer the tires. They Are spinning bucose he lifted the pusher in speed.
