Costco return of dead Gourmia air fryer

Gourmia air fryer was dead, wouldn’t start, after only 14 months. Gourmia’s product warranty is only 12 months.
So Gourmia’s product broke down right after warranty period!!
Costco’s official return policy is 90 days but we tried to return it anyway.
Also a cameo by Costco hot dog combo (still $1.50) and pizza slice ($1.99).
Great job Costco, you are a great place to shop and dine.
Gourmia, you need to make the products last longer.

I had the exact same air fryer, also purchased from Costco, and it also died on me. In my case, it lasted 20 months (Feb. 11, 2021-October 23, 2022). Motivated by your video, I will attempt to return it to Costco. I really loved this air fryer, except for the fact that it died a premature death.

Returned my Ninja Foodi Flip air fryer yesterday. Loved that thing and took top notch care of it. Had it for over a year and the timer controls stopped working.
Costco received the return no questions asked!
We repurchased the same item, and it was on sale! We left feeling like a big win in our book.

I think it needs to be on your own account for them to look it up without a receipt. Would need to be returned by a person on the account that originally made the purchase.
